The Feed & Nudge
The Attention section of the sidebar has two pages. The Feed is for looking back: what happened this week, and what happened on this day years ago. Nudge is for looking out: the people you want to keep close who have gone quiet.
The Feed
Open the Feed from the sidebar or with ⌘6. It's one long thread of your life, newest first: journal entries, stories, logged interactions and "We're good" check-ins, grouped by day. A timeline on the right edge jumps to any month or year.

Memories
At the top, the Feed shows what comes round today: the anniversary of the day you met someone, the years since a story began, and what you were doing a year or more ago. These are never invented. Each one comes from a date you wrote down.
Click a memory to open it. Send as a card turns it into a memory card you can send to the people who were there.
Once you start writing, the Feed becomes a small time machine. Five years from now, today's page will be waiting for you there.
Filtering and searching the Feed
Filter chooses what the thread shows: which kinds of moments (journal entries, stories, interactions, check-ins), which people, and whether to include attached entries (person notes, how-we-met stories and interaction follow-ups). Search the feed narrows it by words. Each card has a menu to open it, send it as a card, or move it to the Bin.
Nudge
Open Nudge from the sidebar or with ⌘7. A dot beside it in the sidebar means someone has started to fade. Nudge lists only people you've marked Tending whose time since last contact has passed their world's rhythm, most recently slipped first.

On each card:
- Log interaction: record the call or visit you didn't write down.
- We're good: the relationship is fine; reset their clock with a check-in.
- Send a memory: send them a card made from something you share.
- ⋯: Not now takes them off the list for a while, and Let them rest sets them to Quiet.
Use All worlds to see one world at a time, and Snooze week to rest the whole page for seven days.
When Nudge is empty
An empty Nudge means one of two things. Either everyone you're tending is within their rhythm (well done), or Ember doesn't know when you last spoke to them yet. Someone with no entries, stories or interactions has no clock to run, so log the last time you talked, even an approximate week, and Ember can start watching.
